Can I change or cancel my order?
Because personalized products enter production quickly, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if production hasn’t started.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
