All MG Designs products are handmade or personalized to order.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipment.

During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping carrier and your location.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

MG Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at mgdesings26@gmail.com and we will gladly assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will work with you to replace the item or provide another appropriate solution.
